Introducing the Coach's Launch
Exploring the world of professional and personal coaching
The Coach’s Launch is a newsletter focused on topics relating to professional and personal coaching. I explore subject matter that I feel will be helpful to my coaching clients and other interested parties. The Coach’s Launch will be a combination of topics – observations about my own journey as a coach as well as themes that emerge from my coaching sessions. Whenever there is an area that feels ripe for some exploration, I will try to take it on, sharing my personal reflections and providing some helpful tips, reading suggestions and other goodies that may be of interest to my clients.
One of the topics I plan on addressing soon is accountability, which is a core component of professional coaching and comes up in virtually every session. I will be weighing in on the topic – what it is, why it is vital to personal growth and the coaching relationship, and how different people create and hold accountability for themselves.
